RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Online purchase, you may return, exchange, or receive store credit for your item(s) within 30 days from the date of shipment. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear and all tags and certificates must be included. On Special Orders and special ring sizes, their is no return accepted. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $49.99 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount.

Whites & Company Jewelry reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product. Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a store credit on any other item, excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges. Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. We only offer store credit we do not refund money.

Once you have contacted us for your item or item's return, we recommend shipping returns insured using USPS Express, Priority Mail or registered insurance. for security purposes, do not write  contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box.  Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

All diamond returns must be original item sold and will be verified by our gemological department. All diamond certificates must be returned with the diamond or there will be a $250 replacement fee for any missing certificates.

  • Please do not use the name Whites & Company Jewelry in the

       address line, use WCJ instead.

  • Please call ahead so we can issue a return authorization number, If returns are not accompanied by a RA number shipments will be refused.

  • Include a copy of your original receipt showing purchase date and all original packaging and diamond certificates.

The following shipment methods must be used for all returns:

If the item is valued at under $500:

You may ship by the carrier of your choice, if using US Postal Service and make sure you insure it. UPS and FedEx will insure up to $500.

 

If the item is valued at over $500:

You must ship your product via US Postal Service Express Mail and Insured mail and keep record of the USPS tracking number so you have confirmation that your package has been delivered to Whites & Company Jewelry.

All items returned:

Any items that are returned without authorization, with signs of wear, unattached security UPC tag, or altered pieces that have been sized or otherwise altered by a jeweler other than Whites & Company Jewelry, can't be accepted for return.  Please allow up to two billing cycles to see your credit on your charge card.

* Whites & Company Jewelry doesn't reimburse customers return shipping costs.

Special Orders

Any special order made by a customer for an item is fully

non-refundable and the sale is final.  I understand that special orders made for an item are fully non-refundable and the sale is final.   Any custom sizing and/or stone setting done by Whites & Company Jewelry will be considered a special order and the sale will be final.
